I've been a fan of the indie web for a few years, but until now I never actually joined in with my own website. My goal for this month is to change that!
I was recently reminded of the concept of "no zero days", where you work on something every day, even if you can only manage a few minutes of it. I want to commit to building the first iteration of my own indie site this February, and I think the no zero days challenge will be a good way to maintain momentum.
My goals with this website are to focus on process and experimentation, not perfection. I just want to get into the habit of making things. No more looking on from afar; I want to be a participant. So for each day in February, I'm going to make a little bit of progress on this site.
I'll write another mini post in March to reflect on how it went.
